Faryl Robin Coy, Black Cherry - These are as beautiful in
person as they are on the website. The leather is really soft
and buttery. The shoe as a whole is wonderful, but I must
point out that the leather wrappings, where the front of your
foot goes, is pretty narrow. I was worried at first that my
foot wouldn't go in at all, but it did with a little
maneuvering and then I took them off and put them back on and
my foot slid right in. So the leather will need a little
breaking in, but the footbed is really comfy. I love these
shoes, and so the bit of work they'll need is worth it.
Silky Soft Faryl Robin Coy - The Coy is a gorgeous shoe and
very high for my foot. What saves me is its high arch support.
This is the best arch support I've ever experienced in foot
wear. Also, its large chunky heel and silky soft yet strong
strapping helps to keep the highness of the shoe under
control. I can actually walk freely in these shoes. I bought
the Panna color, but it comes in a very nice reddish brown
also. There's one thing I must say for advice: order a half
size smaller than your normal size. Instead of buying my
normal size 8, after trying it on, I settled for the 7 1/2.
The smaller size held my foot better with a snugger support.
